So much pain !!!!

I think I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it's driving me crazy with pain.This has been going on for about 5 days now and it's not getting better.My DH took me to the chiropractor yesterday.He said I'll probablly have to go back a few more times.It did seem a little better when I left his office but then started up again.The pain pills just take the edge off I am afraid to take any more.I have doll I want to work on but can't cause the pain shoots down my arm,or sometimes just aches like a toothacke.Sorry for going on like this just had to vent.Maybe tomorrow will be better after my 2nd Dr.visit...............
